Gorgeous dark navy blue velvet skirt by Fleamadonna is done in an uneven shape and comes in a quilted fabric. The waistband also has silver stiching with lettering that says " Hey Bunny! What time is it?" Velvet is very thick and padded; heavy skirt. Pair this with some platform ankle boots and just a simple t-shirt plus a bold statement necklace.
