WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS DUTIES/IMPORT VAT?
Yes, you may be charged customs duties. Customs duties and additional taxes levied by your country are the responsibility of the buyer; we have no control over the amount that may incur. Please contact your local customs office to enquire about additional costs that may be involved. If you refuse the package for any reason the original shipping cost, the cost of shipping the package back and any import duties/taxes that may arise for us will be deducted from your refund.
I PURCHASED A DRESS FOR FULL PRICE TWO WEEKS AGO AND IT'S ON SALE NOW FOR 50% OFF; CAN I GET A REFUND OF THE DIFFERENCE?
For sale items, we offer a 10-day price match policy. Contact us with your name, invoice number and item name and we will refund you the price difference. Any purchases made before the 10-day period are not eligible. Send all requests to: myorder@theoliveshoppe.com
ANOTHER ECOMMERCE SITE HAS THE SAME PAIR OF SHOES AS YOU GUYS FOR LESS; CAN YOU MATCH THE PRICE?
Yes! We're happy to price match any item on our site if you find the same item for less on another legitimate ecommerce site (auction sites not eligible). We price our products at MSRP (manufacturer's suggested retail price) and strive to bring the fairest price possible but if you find the same item for less on another ecommerce site, we'll be happy to refund the difference. Item has to be by the same designer, same color option and material. Price match not eligible if the item is cheaper because of promo or coupon codes applied to their site. IF ANY ITEM SAYS 'OUT OF STOCK' WILL YOU BE GETTING IN ANY MORE?
All 'out of stock' vintage pieces are final. Designer pieces are made in very limited quantities so once out of stock there usually is none left. However, on occasion some pieces can be reordered. For specific inquiries, contact us at: sales@theoliveshoppe.com
WHAT IF I ENCOUNTER ANY ERRORS WHILE BROWSING OR AT CHECKOUT?
Our site is most compatible with Firefox 5 or Google Chrome 12. Best viewed with a screen minium resolution of 1280x960 or 1440x900 for wide screen.
If you encounter any errors while browsing or with checkout and did not receive an order confirmation email from us, then we have not received your order and the payment has not been processed.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
We can help you change your order if it has not yet been processed and shipped out. Please email us at: myorder@theoliveshoppe.com for help. After processing and shipment, orders cannot be changed.
IT'S BEEN TWO WEEKS AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER; WHERE IS IT?
Usually parcels that take longer than the estimated delivery time to arrive are being held by your country’s customs office; sometimes they may hold it up to 45 days before being released. Airmail/First Class mail cannot be tracked during transit. If you still have not received your item after 30 days, we can start an investigation for you. Email us at: myorder@theoliveshoppe.com
I NEED THE ITEM FOR MY BIRTHDAY AT THE END OF THE MONTH; SHOULD I CHOOSE AIRMAIL OR EXPRESS SHIPPING?
We recommend choosing Express shipping for time-sensitive orders. Airmail/First Class shipping has no guarantee of delivery dates and cannot be tracked during transit.
CAN I EXCHANGE SOMETHING FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
Measurements and sizing are clearly stated in the item description, along with a size chart for reference. Since all sales are final, we recommend reading over the details carefully before committing to buy. We are able to make an exchange if the size you want is still available. It is recommended that you make a purchase for the one you want to exchange for first to guarantee its availability; we cannot otherwise hold it for you.
Clothing must be returned in new condition in its original packaging (unwashed, unaltered and unworn with tags attached, if any). Shoes must be returned in new condition in its original packaging (unworn with tags attached and original dustbag, if any). Please try on shoes on a carpeted surface.
Before sending a package back to us, please email us first at: myorder@theoliveshoppe.com for authorization and return address. Packages must be postmarked within 15 days from receipt. Items must be securely packaged and sent via a reliable shipping method. Olive Shoppe reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund if the item comes back to us damaged or if it goes missing during transit.
