Olive Shoppe ships worldwide from Shanghai. Shipping rates are flat rate to any country via Airmail or Express mail. Your order will be mailed out within 1-3 business days from date of purchase, excluding holidays and weekends. Orders placed on a Friday or through the weekend will ship out the following Monday.

Please note the following policies:
- Airmail packages are not trackable during transit and only shows dispatch status with no additional in-depth details. We recommend choosing Express Mail for a more efficient and tracking enabled shipping service.
- Olive Shoppe has no control over actual shipping times and is not responsible for packages after we ship them out. By placing an order with us, the buyer assumes any risk or loss that may incur during transit and we cannot issue a refund for lost or damaged items. Due to heightened security measures around the world, customs delays are becoming more frequent - especially to the USA. In some extreme cases, packages may take 30-45 days to arrive to its final destination.
- Customs duties and additional taxes levied by your country are the responsibility of the buyer; we have no control over the amount that may incur. Please contact your local customs office to enquire about additional costs that may be involved.
- Refused or returned packages to us for any reason will have the original shipping cost, the cost of shipping the package back and any import duties/taxes that may arise for us deducted from your refund.
Returns/Refunds
All sales are final. Item description provides detailed information with measurements, color, and sizing. For vintage clothing, please keep in mind the item’s condition when placing your order. Olive Shoppe has no control over packages once they have been shipped out and in the hands of the courier/postal company. We cannot issue refunds for lost or damaged items during shipment.
